AllFinance Funding
Allfinance Funding is a commercial mortgage lender specialising in smaller commercial loan transactions with an emphasis on the SME sector.
Balmain established AllFinance in 2005 and the business currently has a portfolio of in excess of $500m in commercial mortgage loans.
Due to upheavals in the capital markets Balmain is not currently lending in AllFinance. Loans that have been settled are being managed as required by Balmain and customers that require additional funding are being refinanced by Balmain away from AllFinance into other Balmain managed products.
It is Balmain’s intention to re-grow the AllFinance business as capital market normalcy returns.
